Course Registrants provide their name, email address and telephone number, which are used by the Programme Coordinator(s) and/or instructor(s) before or after the event for the purposes of sharing updated information about the event, sending reminders, securing payments, creating personalized documents/effects, or soliciting feedback about the event.
CAGT has emplaced multiple electronic, physical and procedural safeguards and security measures to help prevent unauthorized access and protect the integrity of personal information whether it is collected in person or online. Personal information is accessible only to CAGT Executive on a need-to-know basis for conducting operations.
Membership information is with Neilson Park Creative Centre and is provided in a monthly update list to our Executive. The Guild Executive uses this information to conduct regular business operations, including contacting members regarding CAGT events or updates or to send information by email or in the post. If you have given consent, membership information is also made available to other CAGT members only in a hard copy member list.

Our website and services are targeted primarily for adults and youth over the age of 16. Family program registration information is by the adult. If you have concern that we hold personal data of a person under that age in our databases, we will delete that personal data.
