Payment Policies

Course seats are reserved when a registration is submitted and full payment is received.

Payment By eTransfer (Preferred method)

Registrants please email calligraphicartsTO@gmail.com with your membership choice or workshop/course title. A reply will be sent with an acceptance and email link; or pertinent notifications.

Payment By PayPal

For on-line courses and Friends of CAGT membership, submit a registration form indicating PayPal to the Programming Coordinator. PayPal link here.

Payment by Cheque

Payable to the ‘Calligraphic Arts Guild of Toronto’ (in full)  $50 will be charged for NSF cheques.

Cheques can be hand-delivered to the Programming Coordinator in person, at meetings, or mail to:

Payment by Cash

Cash can be hand-delivered to the Programming Coordinator in person, at meetings.

Any required material fees goes directly to the instructor at the start of a workshop/course.

Course Receipts

The registrant will get notification from the bank when an e-Transfer is deposited. Course receipts are emailed to the registrant by the first date of the course.

Refunds

Once payment is provided and the course is confirmed, fees are non-refundable unless; the course is cancelled by the Guild. Where a registrant becomes unable to attend, the spot is transferrable.
